Sanulac Nutritionals Promotional Competition

This Sanulac Nutritionals promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by Sanulac Nutritionals (“Promoter”) and is open to all entrants who are private persons, of 18 years or older and a citizen or permanent resident of South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, or any person who is an employee of Sanulac Nutritionals.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its reasonable sole discretion and election, to alter, amend and/or cancel this Competition (including, but not limited to, the mechanics, value and/or prize) in its entirety. In the event of an amendment, alteration and/or cancellation, the Promoter will not compensate any individual for any reason whatsoever. These Rules and any amendments, alterations or cancellations will be at the instance of, and interpreted by, the Promoter only.

Proof of CITIZENSHIP and age will need to be provided in the form of an Identity Document.

These Competition Rules and any related notifications will be published on the Winaday website.

Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these Competition Rules.

Competition Period:

The Competition begins on 24 February 2025 and ends on 25 April 2025.

Prize/s:

The Prize consists of 1 x Alula GOLD Kid tin of powder (1.8kg) AND 1 x consumer activity box. 20 winners will be selected. Only 1 prize will be awarded per winner and no person may win more than once in this Competition.

Entry (and cost if any):

To ensure a valid entry, Participants must:

  • Follow our page on Instagram.
  • Like the competition post.
  • Tag 3 friends in the comment section.
  • Share the post for an extra entry.

Draw and draw date/s:

The Prize winners (“Winners”) are all randomly selected and all decisions are final.

Winner/s Notification:

Winners will be notified within 30 days after the competition close date via Instagram. Should the prize winner not respond to notifications after three (3) attempts over three (3) days, the Prize will be transferred to the next randomly selected winner.

Prize Redemption:

The Prize will be couriered to the winner’s delivery address.

The Promoter’s decision, with regards to all aspects of this Competition is final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into.

The Prize is not transferrable or exchangeable for cash.

Publicity:

The Promoter may make media announcements/publications of the names/photographs of Winners and/or Participants, however, any Winner or Participant may expressly choose to decline this. Winners or Participants will not receive any payment or other remuneration and all publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the Promoter.

Disqualification:

The Promoter may disqualify entries and/or refuse to award the Prize/s to Participant/s and/or Winner/s if:

  • You fail to complete all entry steps.
  • You fail to meet all criteria such as age, location, or residency requirements.
  • Your account is private, the share or tag may not be visible to the Promoter.
  • You use fake, spam or bot accounts.
  • You share offensive or inappropriate content and comments.
  • You miss the entry deadline.
  • You fail to verify your identity.

Entries which are incomplete, unclear, submitted incorrectly, or submitted after the last day of entry or have errors or false information are invalid. The Promoter may refuse to award the prize if you fail to follow all entry steps.

Intellectual Property:

Participants agree that the Promoter will have the right to use, copy, reproduce, reasonably modify, adapt, publish, translate, create collective or derivative works from, distribute, perform and display their entry in whole or in part and to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed with no compensation therefore to the Participant/s. The origin of the work will be appropriately attributed.

The Promoter is however, under no obligation to any Participant or Winner to utilize any part of his/her Entry/submission.

Disclaimers:

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware, or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or for lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit a Participant’s ability to participate in the Competition.

Audits:

The Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of the Winner to verify their eligibility.

Indemnity:

All Participants and Winner/s indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any/all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition.

Data Processing:

By entering this Competition, each Participant authorizes the Promoter and the organizers of the Competition to collect, store, process and use (not share) personal information for purposes of performing this Competition, communication, and/or statistical purposes.

The processing of the Personal Information will take place in accordance with the provisions of POPIA. The Participant has the right to request any corrections or deletions of their Personal Information.

By participating in this Competition, each Participant agrees to receive future marketing material from the Promoter. The Participant may elect to opt-out of receiving marketing material or request the Promoter to delete their information.
